Join us April 27 at Lakewood Park in St. Petersburg, FL for the 2nd annual Hucking for Service Dogs Hat Tournament, benefiting Fallen Soldiers March. This organization raises money to provide service dogs to veterans. In addition to providing all of the tournament’s profits to this organization, we are simultaneously running a team challenge. For this tournament, you can sign up with a friend and fund-raise together! Once you’re assigned to a team, we’ll add up all the funds raised by members of that team. The team that raises the most money wins an additional prize! To contribute to a fundraiser, please visit this page.
Why Fallen Soldiers March is unique:
The Fallen Soldiers March is a collaborative labor of love and we have committed to our Veteran Supporters and others that there will be no full-time paid positions unless corporations, privately held businesses, individuals and/or foundations choose to underwrite an operating budget to correct the frustration donors often express about their donations going towards funding excessive of Executive Administrator’s salaries. Moreover, we have been successful to date to have everything donated or privately funded, including legal incorporation, trademark and counseling fees, CPA fees, Board Insurance Fees, Website design & Maintenance Fees, etc.
Want to donate without registering for the tournament? Head over to their website and you’ll be able to send your support there.
For those new to hat tournaments, a hat tournament is an ultimate tournament in which you are randomly assigned to a team the day of. We will aim for parity among the teams based on the information provided during registration.
During checkout, you can list the person you would like to pair-up with. You and your friend must request each other. Requests after April 25 may not be honored.
By enrolling in this event, you explicitly agree to the terms of the TBUltimate Waiver & Release posted here.
